What is your body fat? This number fluctuates based on your exercise frequency and food intake. It’s a great marker to measure your workout success.
Bone Density Scan
As we age, our bone density goes down. This reading can be really helpful for you if you have a family history of osteoporosis or osteoarthritis.
Muscle Mass Reading
Perhaps you want to put on more muscle. This reading will give you a baseline.
Inflammation and Hydration
Our world is full of different toxins. This test will show you how well you do at getting rid on them.
Metabolic Rate (How many calories you burn every day)
Your basal metabolic rate (BMR) tells you how many calories you burn everyday if you were just being a couch potato. This marker increases with muscle mass. This is a great test to help you determine how many calories you actually need.

What is a fitness assessment if you don’t find out your movement patterns? Our movement patterns are reinforced every day. Omega will assess your patterns and give you corrective exercises to help reinforce good patterns.
