About the consult
Thanks for booking your consult! Here is what to expect to review during our consult: the form you filled out, a discussion about your goals / vision, a movement assessment and a strategy session.
The Form
The consult form can be found after you schedule your complimentary consult. The form takes 15-20 minutes to fill out and will help expedite some important conversations you will have with Omega in the consult. Expect to answer questions like “tell me about your current workout program?”, “have you ever worked with a personal trainer before?”, “what kind of equipment do you have?”
Your Goals / Vision
Your goals, or visions for your body are a guiding force to inspire you to integrate the healthy changes in your life. Your vision is the motivating factor. The clearer you are about what your vision is, the easier it will be to get there.
Movement Assessment
One thing missing in online personal training is the lack of assessment and customization. So in the video consult, Omega includes an in-depth video assessment where she watches and tracks how your body moves. This allows her to fully customize a personal training program that prevents injury, corrects movement patterns and most importantly gets you to your goals.
Strategy Session
Lastly, the strategy session will include a discussion on a few key factors: the time you have to workout, the changes you are able and willing to make and the foreseen phases to your program.
