Upper Body Follicular Phase Workout

Some people think, "If I workout my arms, they'll get bulky".

...let me be real clear, - we don't have the consistent enough testosterone to get bulky.

But when we do have our monthly rise testosterone, it's the time to put our muscles to work!

This new follicular phase workout is designed to help you build definition in your arms.

This upper body workout won't make you bulky. In fact it's designed to tone your muscles. In exercise science terms, we'll be working more of your aerobic system of muscle building versus your anaerobic system of muscle building. This means that you won't put on extra bulk!
