Does caffeine effect hormone balance?

Do you feel dependent on your daily dose of coffee or caffeinated what-have-you?

Just before last year, I was the same exact way. I drank coffee daily, multiple times per day. I relied on coffee to help me get through the day.

Back then I was fatigued, had pms like a mother and didn’t understand that my daily dose of caffeine was contributing to all of that.

It’s taken a lot of healing, but I’m happy to say that I’m coffee free. I’ve helped multiple clients of the Fitness Flow Method do the same. And the results are astounding.
